Whats for Dinner?

So after a lot of reading and finally some time to do research other things than nursing stuff, Red meat has become an important meat that needs to be eliminated out my diet. Now that isn't hard for me because I'm not really a beef person, I cook more chicken and fish than anything. But I do love my goat meat. Curried goat is one of my favorite dish and I can throw down when it come to making it. I decided what ever is left in my freezer that will be the last of it. So this next couple days will be "ODE to Red Meat" followed up by pictures of my dinner..... ughhh how does turkey meat loaf taste?

Dealing with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

I just never took the time to really unerstand how RA can really put a hamper over your life. I have neglected the sign,s really neglected myself while taking care of everyone else. It really reared its ugly head few months ago and attacked me. One day i'm in bliss with a new baby added to our family next thing i know i can barely walk, I feel ill all the time, to the point i have to pull myself up the stairs to my house to then fall into my bed. This auto immune disease will not be the end of my life... I just decided to fight it. I will document on this blog because i want to be able to inform others. Just to let you know.... IT SUCKS

I've never had a problem doing things alone, but lately with many opportunities placed in front of me. It seems like the other person just isnt available passionate enough. Here I am diagnosed with a chronic disease that causes pain, pushng myself to do what i need to do to accomplish these goals. I'm not surprised but there are times that peoples bark are just bigger then there bite. Well my Bite is deadlier than my bark!!! I'm so ready to make My mark in this world.

The Game Season Finale

So the Season Finale on BET aired tonight and it was cheapened down rushed and all over the place. I think that it's unorganized and missing a lot of elements. Unfortunate that i am not as knowledgeable when it comes to screen writing and the behinds the scenes of tv shows but, this is horrible. I never liked it once it was purchased by BET and I dont like it now. Tasha seems Overly Ghetto, and what really happened to our token white gal, Kelly? And lord Melanie has become some a jealous hussy! I don't know where BET is going with this BUT I DON'T LIKE IT!!!
